1.    Delivery + Installation Policy (Mobile Van Service):

– The mobile van service for tire delivery, installation, and balancing is available only in the following cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, Dammam, Khobar, Qatif, Al-Ahsa, and Jubail, including their surrounding areas.

– Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days in major cities and 2 to 4 working days in other cities. Some orders may take longer during seasonal sales or official holidays.

– A customer service representative will contact you to schedule the appointment.

– To avoid delays, provide accurate information when placing the order (name, mobile number, email, delivery address).

– We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and notify you at least 24 working hours before the agreed time.


2.    Installation at Service Centers Policy:

– All orders are shipped from our TireEx warehouses to the service centers as per the customer’s request. Delivery to the service center takes 1 to 3 working days in major cities and 2 to 4 working days in other cities. Some orders may take longer during seasonal sales or official holidays.

– An email with appointment details will be sent to notify you when the tires arrive at the service center.

– To avoid delays, select the correct service center and provide accurate information when placing the order (name, mobile number, email, delivery address).

– We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and notify you at least 24 working hours before the agreed time.


3.    Shipping Policy:

– Shipping is conducted only within Saudi Arabia.

– Shipping usually takes 2 to 4 working days. Some orders may take longer during seasonal sales or official holidays.

– A tracking link will be sent to the registered email once the order is shipped.

– To avoid delays, provide accurate billing and shipping addresses. Please update the required information by adding the address in your account.

– We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and notify you at least 24 working hours before the agreed time.
